WHEN AND WHERE ARE GENERAL BODY MEETINGS?
They are held every Monday at 7 pm in THH 113 (Taper Hall).
WHAT ARE THE REGIONAL AND NATIONAL CONVENTIONS?
These are two career development conferences organized by the regional and national leadership of NSBE. There are several workshops hosted by industry professionals. Also there is a career fair where many companies are looking to hire our NSBE members for internships and full time positions.
HOW CAN I GET INVOLVED?
Outside of attending general body meetings regularly, you can participate in on the fun and join one or more of the following committees.
1) Fundraising Committee - Organize events to raise money for our chapter.
2) Conference Committee - Plan our logistics or regional and national Conferences.
3) PCI/NSBE Jr & Community Outreach - Establish NSBE Jr chapter at USC and organize Collegebound events.
4) Technical Development Committee - Create and maintain usc nsbe mobile app.
5) First Year Students Committee - encourage freshman retention by organizing social and fundraising events in addition to senior send offs.
